Tucked along an old moor road is a little forgotten cemetery. All that remains is this old weather-worn cross, and a handful of gravestones – half buried in the long grass.

The little village of West End was flooded to create a reservoir 50 years ago, and the inhabitants of the cemetery were moved to this spot at the side of the moor road – where they have the wind and some red kites for company – and hopefully some peace.
